How to use it?
Add 4-10 drops of energy essential oil blend to your diffuser or bath.
For topical skin applications, dilute a few drops of essential oil with 10ml of your favorite carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below.
Precautions:
- Do not ingest essential oils. For external use only.
- If pregnant or nursing, consult a physician before use
- Always dilute properly.
- Do not use on damaged or diseased skin.
- May cause skin irritation in some people; a skin test is recommended before use.
- Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. In this case, rinse thoroughly with water.
- Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have epilepsy or asthma.
- If you experience nausea, dizziness, headache, or an allergic reaction, discontinue use.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Some surface materials or appliances can interact with essential oils and thus damage the material of the appliance (diffusers, spas, etc.).
